Which payment methods can I use?
We offer the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, CB, Bancontact, iDEAL, Sofort, KBC/CBC, Belfius, Klarna Postpay, SEPA transfer and Apple Pay.
Was my order successful?
If you were taken to the "Thank You" page after submitting your order, it was successfully received. Once payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. Tracking information will be sent on the first business day after the order is placed.
What is 'pre-order'?
We offer the ability to pre-order products as a way to reserve a product in advance for our upcoming product delivery, with the understanding that it will ship at a later time than your purchase. Payment is due at the time of purchase, and you will receive a shipping notification once the order is on its way to you.
Why can my credit card be declined?
Your credit card may be declined for one of the following reasons:
- The card may have expired.
- You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the permitted purchase limit.
- You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all required fields correctly.
- Your card is not accepted on other continents. Please contact your bank to make this possible.
I just placed my order. Can I still change this?
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible via info@leselles.be to change or cancel your order.

What does shipping cost?
leselles offers free shipping and returns on all orders within the Benelux. Returns are the responsibility of the customer.
What is the estimated delivery time?
leselles processes every order as quickly as possible to deliver your products within five (5) working days of order confirmation. We usually ship within 2 days. However, this delivery period is indicative and we cannot offer any guarantees. Outside the EU the delivery time is 5 to 7 working days.
Do you ship to my country?
leselles ships worldwide.
How do I return my order?
We accept returns of unused products within 14 calendar days of shipment, provided the label is still attached and the product is unused. If we receive a return and it is used or damaged, we cannot accept your return. Even after the return period, a refund is no longer possible.
How do I start a return?
You can return or exchange your Leselles product via your account or via the return form at the bottom of the website.
